CONTRACT-to-HIRE
A Contract-to-Hire dental professional works as contract employee at your office for a set period of time, at which time you can hire the candidate permanently without an acquisition fee. Your company also has the option to hire the employee at anytime during contract period for an acquisition fee based upon a prorated sliding scale.

The Contract-to-Hire dental professional remains an employee of Dental People during this period, which allows the office to establish if the employee is a good fit for the office. At any time during the contract period, the dental office may choose to have us replace the temporary employee with a more suitable candidate.
