Barbara Rosenzweig

 Barbara Rosenzweig is the President of Dental People, a local
and leading provider of Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire
dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and front office
support professionals to Dental Practices in the Twin Cities and
through the State of Minnesota.
"My goal was to be the number one dental staffing agency in Minnesota,
with customer service being my number one priority" states Barbara.
In no time she had built strong relationships with dental office
managers who knew they could count on her to always provide quality
help at short notice.
"Usually, when a dental hygienist isn't able to make it into work,
I find out early in the morning or late at night - and almost always
at the last minute - but Barbara is always there to help" says Bettina
VerHalen, practice manager for Shamblott Family Dentistry, who has
been a Dental People client for a year. "She knows precisely what
we're looking for and always provides people that meet or exceed
our expectations. She's exceptionally professional, responsible
and diligent; in a word - fabulous."
That's because Barbara understands the power of chemistry. She
painstakingly matches each of her more than 200 temporary staff
with dental offices. She intuitively knows what personalities will
work well together and spends at least 45 minutes interviewing every
potential employee before sending them out on a job.
Barbara is a resident of Minnetonka where she lives with her husband
of 15 years and her three daughters.
